Our welcome offer

Join and claim

Our welcome offer is for new players aged 18+ who live in Great Britain. A new player is someone who has not made a deposit with us before, unless an offer states otherwise. The offer is never added automatically. Go to the Welcome Offer on our Promotions page, opt in, then head to the Deposit page and make a first deposit of at least £25, which is your qualifying deposit.

Your daily free spins

Your qualifying deposit unlocks up to 140 Free Spins on selected games, released as 20 free spins a day for seven consecutive calendar days. The free spin value is £0.10 per spin. Day 1 is the calendar day your qualifying deposit is credited.

Day Game for your 20 free spins
Day 1 Big Bass Splash
Day 2 Big Bass Bonanza
Day 3 Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe
Day 4 Big Bass Boxing Bonus Round
Day 5 Buffalo King Megaways
Day 6 Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter
Day 7 Great Rhino Megaways

Claiming and expiry

Each day, log in and claim that day's spins through the pop-up. They stay available until midnight, 23:59 local time. Spins you do not claim expire at midnight and do not roll over to the next day. Missing a day only costs you that day's pack, because you do not need to play on consecutive days and you can still claim the remaining packs within the seven days. Once claimed, your spins expire 3 days later. If you allow direct marketing, we send a daily reminder email. You can opt out of marketing at any time during the offer and you stay eligible, with the in-site pop-ups still available.

Winnings and wagering

Winnings from each daily pack of 20 spins are capped at £100, so the most you can win across all seven packs is up to £700, provided every condition is met. Any amount above £100 per pack at the end of the wagering period is voided. Winnings from the daily free spins are credited as bonus funds with 10x wagering on the winnings, not on your deposit. For example, if you win £20 from one pack, you would need to wager £200 on eligible games before withdrawing. Each pack's winnings have their own expiry and are removed seven days after they are credited if the wagering is not complete. Across our other deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses and free spin bonuses, wagering is 10x the bonus amount unless an offer says otherwise.

Bonus play

Wagering requirements apply before you can withdraw bonus funds or any winnings made from them. Your deposited funds are used first, followed by bonus funds and any other remaining funds. Every game contributes 100% to wagering unless stated otherwise, and risk-free wagers do not count towards it. While you play with bonus funds, the maximum stake is £2 per bet/spin until the wagering is complete, and this includes double-up wagers after a game round ends. Once the wagering is met, your bonus balance turns into real money. Unused bonuses, or bonuses with wagering still open after their stated expiry, are forfeited together with their winnings, while your real money balance stays in your account.

Some games cannot be played with bonus funds, and the list of excluded games can change. Bonus funds cannot be used on Tower Quest, Koi Princess, Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde, Ladies Nite, Game of Thrones, Scrooge, Spring Break, Eye of the Kraken, Blood Suckers, Blood Sucker 2, Lucky Angler, Big Bang, Forsaken Kingdom, The Wish Master, Devil's Delight, Champion of the Track, Robin Hood, Pearls of India, Royal Masquerade, Tomb Raider 2, Dead or Alive, Untamed Bengal Tiger, Untamed Giant Panda, Untamed Wolf Pack, 1429 Uncharted Seas, Untamed Crowned Eagle, Double Dragons, Divine Fortune, Super Monopoly Money, Castle Builder, Castle Builder II, Stardust, Peek A Boo, Alchymedes, Jack Hammer 2, Zombie Hoard, Tomb Raider 1, Beautiful Bones, Cool Buck, Eggomatic, Kings of Chicago, Mega Joker, Vampire The Masquerade, Las Vegas, Immortal Romance, Joker Pro, Wild Swarm, Age of Conquest, Arcade Bomb, Dynamite Riches, Le Kaffee Bar, Lil Devil, Well of Wishes, Guns N’ Roses, Steam Tower, 5 Families, 9 Lions, Desert Gem, Serengeti Kings, Golden Beauty, Lucky Fridays, Solar King, Solar Queen, Solar Temple, Bronco Spirit, 10 001 Nights, Cash Ultimate, Jungle Spirit, Call of the Wild, Drive Multiplier Mayhem, Jurassic Park, Dead or Alive 2, Warlords Crystals of Power, Money Cart 1, 2, 3 and 4, Deal or No Deal and all jackpot games.

Eligibility and promotion restrictions

All our bonus campaigns follow our General Terms, our Bonus Terms and the specific terms of each promotion, and where they differ, the specific terms take precedence. Bonuses and free spins are limited to one per person, household address, account, device, email, phone number and internet connection, and you must use your own payment methods. Duplicate accounts are closed, the deposit balance is returned subject to our regulatory obligations, and winnings made through the breach are confiscated. Bonuses are for UK permanent residents unless stated otherwise, and only for players who receive an offer by email, SMS, phone or onsite message, or who redeem it on our site. Our offers are meant for recreational players, and we may limit who can take part in all or part of any promotion.

We may restrict, exclude, suspend or withdraw access to any promotion, including free spins, cashback, tournaments and gamification features, if our safer gambling controls identify an elevated risk of gambling-related harm or your account is under any gambling management measure, restriction or interaction. This can apply whether that assessment is made before or after an award, and bonus funds, free spins or promotional winnings may then be removed. We may also amend, withdraw or modify offers for accounts that need additional responsible gaming support or to meet regulatory guidelines, fairness or customer safety.

We can cancel or change a bonus offer for a valid reason, but not to the detriment of a player who has already signed up, deposited in expectation of the bonus, opted in or started playing before the change was communicated, except where needed to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour. If a campaign has been technically misconfigured, or to prevent fraud, we can alter or withdraw it only before you opt in, deposit in expectation of the bonus or start playing in relation to it. Material changes to our Bonus Terms are notified in advance and apply only once you reconfirm your acceptance.

Prohibited activities include deliberately or fraudulently opening more than one account with the same brand, giving false or misleading registration details, registering in a name that does not match your bank account or card, using bots or automated tools or exploiting software loopholes, hiding your real location, citizenship or residency with a VPN or proxy, being identified as a politically exposed person, being bankrupt, accessing our services from restricted jurisdictions, letting someone else use your account or betting for someone else, coordinating bets with other players, filing chargebacks or return notifications, and colluding, cheating, money laundering or any other fraud. If we discover or reasonably believe that you took part in a prohibited activity, we may, in line with our licence conditions and regulatory obligations, decline to open your account, suspend or close it, void wagers, stakes or deposits, cancel withdrawals, or withhold or confiscate winnings attributable to that activity.

Abuse of bonus offers includes manipulating promotions to create risk-free or low-risk bets for guaranteed profit, staking above the maximum while wagering bonus funds, using bonuses on excluded games, breaking any other play restriction in the specific bonus terms, and storing game value during an active bonus to redeem later. If we find a player abusing a promotional offer or breaching our terms, we may revoke the offer and the related winnings, bar you from future bonuses, and depending on severity suspend or close the account, void wagers, cancel deposits or withdrawals or withhold winnings. Offers you have already signed up for, deposited into or played may be cancelled only where necessary to prevent fraud or illegal activity.

Claim bonus

Our weekly cashback

Calculation and payment

We may offer you Weekly Cashback every Friday, credited as real money with no wagering required on the cashback. It is calculated from your net spend in the previous week, from Friday 00:00 to Thursday 23:59 UTC, where net spend means bets minus wins minus rewards. All games are included, and the minimum cashback you can receive in a week is £0.10.

Eligibility and claiming

Cashback rewards are discretionary and may not be offered to every customer. They depend on compliance with our policies, including responsible gaming considerations. To claim, log in successfully after you receive the offer by email, SMS or phone. If your account is closed, timed out, self-excluded, blocked or otherwise inaccessible before you claim, you are not entitled to the cashback and cannot withdraw it separately. If your account is flagged for review during the offer period, we may restrict or adjust the reward, including reducing it proportionally or removing it entirely.

Our deposits and withdrawals

Deposits

All amounts are in GBP, which is the default and the only currency we accept for customers in Great Britain. You need to register and make a minimum deposit before you can play, and you can only play with cleared funds, because we never extend credit. Deposits go through a financial institution or payment provider using the methods below.

Deposit method Minimum Maximum Fee Transfer time
Trustly £10 £5,000 None Instant
Bank £20 £5,000 None Instant
Apple Pay £20 £5,000 None Instant
Visa £20 £5,000 None Instant
MasterCard £20 £5,000 None Instant
Paysafecard £10 £250 None Instant
Skrill £20 £5,000 None Instant
Neteller £20 £5,000 None Instant
Paypal £20 £5,000 None Instant

These method minimums are separate from the £25 qualifying deposit for our welcome offer. Listed times are transfer times only and do not include our internal processing. Deposited funds reach your account within a reasonable time after confirmation unless extra verification is needed. Procedures, availability and timing can vary by time, country and financial institution, some methods may not be open to you depending on jurisdiction and currency, and we can change any method or minimum amount at any time. Card transactions may be processed by different payment partners. If we apply a fee for processing a deposit, you see it during the deposit process before you continue.

Only use valid payment methods issued by lawful institutions that belong to you alone. Company cards, company payment methods and jointly owned methods are not allowed, and we do not accept cash, credit cards or cheques. If we find that credit card funds have paid for your play, even indirectly, that payment method is disabled. If internet gambling is illegal where you are located, you are not authorised to use your payment card for the transaction.

Withdrawal methods

Withdrawal options can differ depending on the jurisdiction you come from. Withdrawals are paid only in the name of the registered player and only to the original source of funds you used to deposit, using the same method wherever possible. Where that is not possible, we pay to a bank account in your name and may ask for proof that you own it. Under our anti-fraud policies, we can also pay a withdrawal in part or in full through the method or account you deposited with, or directly to your bank account. If you have deposited with a NatWest card, we ask you to withdraw to a verified bank account. In special circumstances we may offer a manual bank transfer that is not listed above, with a fee based on the amount, currency, your bank and the destination country, which we tell you about and ask you to accept before it is charged. We aim to pay in the currency you request, and in the first instance in GBP, but limitations outside our control can mean paying in another currency, in which case exchange rates and provider fees apply without exceeding the cost to us.

Processing and eligibility

Our withdrawal processing might take up to 72 hours, on top of the transfer time for your method. You can withdraw your real money balance at any time, even while a bonus is pending or active, as long as all your payments have cleared and have not been charged back, reversed or cancelled, all outstanding due diligence requests are complete, and there is no ongoing investigation into a game defect in a game you played or into suspected illegal or prohibited activity. If we have asked you for information, any delay in providing it can delay your withdrawal. Funds marked as bonus money or bonus balance cannot be withdrawn.

We may carry out additional verification on any deposit over £2,000, and on smaller deposits or payouts where our licence conditions, regulatory obligations or internal risk policies require it. Checks can include photo ID, proof of address, payment method, a selfie with your ID and proof of income or source of funds, and we contact you when they are needed. You can upload these documents through our verification page whenever you are logged in. All transactions are checked to prevent money laundering, the regulator and authorities including the National Crime Agency can review them, and we may suspend, block or close an account and withhold funds where anti-money laundering rules require it. Let us know by email or Live Chat if you are a politically exposed person. We do not pay interest for delays in routine withdrawal processing, and delays caused by banks and payment providers are outside our responsibility.

Fees and payment exceptions

A listed fee of None does not rule out conditional charges. If you request a withdrawal without having staked at least the amount of a deposit, we may charge an administrative fee of 5% of the withdrawal or £5, whichever is higher, and pass on related bank or payment processing charges. We may also apply other withdrawal fees, and any fee is shown on the withdrawal pages before you confirm and is deducted from your balance only if you go ahead.

Deposits should match your level of play. If a deposit has not been used for an appropriate level of play before you ask to withdraw it, or we suspect exchange rate abuse, we may recover related costs and close the account, and we may ask for proof of source of funds and further identification before processing a withdrawal. Deposits must be used only for playing our games, and we may suspend or close an account and report it if we reasonably believe you are depositing with no intention to play. A chargeback or similar payment dispute allows us to block the account and contact you to confirm your identity, compliance fees may reduce your balance, and remaining funds in an account blocked for a chargeback follow our inactive account procedure. If we credit your account with funds that are not yours by mistake, they remain ours, related transactions may be voided, and you must tell our support team by email and return them. Our games are consumed instantly during play, so real money stakes are drawn at once and cannot be refunded or cancelled unless our licence conditions require it.

Withdrawing while a bonus is active

Your bonus balance holds funds that are still subject to wagering, including winnings made with the bonus. Your real money balance holds the unspent funds you paid in, winnings from your deposited funds and bonuses that no longer have wagering attached. When a bet uses both, its winnings are split in proportion to the share of the stake that came from each balance, and winnings from bonus-funded bets or free spins go to your bonus money unless stated otherwise. Our unlocked-real-money withdrawal message retains an active bonus, while our bonus terms for withdrawal before completed wagering forfeit the bonus and related winnings. To withdraw locked real money, you agree to forfeit your bonus.

Our casino games and duels

Slots and table games

Our casino has slot games across the lobby, and the search function takes you straight to a specific title. Our table-game range includes Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat and Craps.

Live dealer games

In our live games, a real live dealer runs each game through a live broadcast, so the experience feels very close to sitting at a casino table.

Head-to-head duels

Beyond playing against the house, you can compete against other players in short one-on-one duels. Spells give you an advantage over your opponent, and you can cast one spell every thirty seconds, which makes timing and spell choice matter. Some spells counter others, so keep an eye on what your opponent casts. You get spells by opening treasure chests or by buying them on the spell page, and chests come from league standings, from stars you gain by winning duels and from trophies.

Our tournaments and other offers

Cash tournaments

Our head-to-head cash tournaments let you play live matches against other players for prizes. We give out £2,660 in cash prizes every week, a new tournament starts every 30 minutes, and if you are knocked out you can register for the next one. Every tournament is free to join. Taking part means accepting our tournament terms each time you enter, alongside our General Terms and Bonus Terms. Tournaments are a promotional offer from SuprPlay Ltd., which can modify or cancel them, with material changes communicated in advance. Any activity aimed at guaranteeing profit regardless of the outcome is prohibited, alone or in a group, and can lead to prizes being reclaimed or the account being closed. Prizes and rewards cannot be transferred, refunded, assigned, sold or exchanged. We are not responsible for technical failures, errors or misprints related to tournaments, and a breach of the tournament terms can lead to winnings being voided or reclaimed and to disqualification.

Drops & Wins

Our Drops & Wins campaign runs on eligible Pragmatic Play slots for a fixed campaign period. Opt in inside any eligible Pragmatic Play game and your participation comes with your regular gameplay at no extra cost. Across the campaign, the prize pool is over £25,000,000 with more than 5 million rewards, including daily cash tournaments with prizes up to £3,000 and Weekly Wheel Drop wins up to 100,000x your bet. Play eligible slots to climb the daily leaderboard, collect 3 Wheel Pieces to unlock a wheel spin, which gives you a chance to win a reward instantly. New tournaments and wheel drops start every Wednesday, and the participating games include Big Bass Splash, Sugar Rush and Gates of Olympus.

Mega Moolah

Mega Moolah has a progressive Mega Jackpot that starts at £2,000,000 and grows with every spin. Any jackpot figure we display is illustrative and updates only when you open or refresh the page, so it does not reflect play since your last page load. Because the jackpot grows with player wagers and changes after wins, the actual amount at the time you play can be higher or lower, and the valid amount is the one recorded in our system at the time of your eligible gameplay.

Other bonus rules

From time to time we may offer deposit bonuses, where you deposit real money and receive an additional bonus balance. The minimum deposit for a deposit bonus is £20 unless that bonus's rules set a different amount. If the wagering is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus and its winnings are forfeited. Unless an offer states otherwise, winnings are capped at £500 for deposit bonuses and at £100 for no-deposit bonuses or free spins, and withdrawal requests above either cap are not paid, with any excess over £500 confiscated and any excess over £100 liable to be confiscated.

Free spin bonuses give you a set number of spins with a predefined value on specific slots. By default each spin is worth £0.10 and spins from campaigns stay available for three days. Free spin winnings are forfeited seven days after the bonus balance is credited if the wagering is not met, except where no wagering applies. Deposit bonuses and free spins that need a deposit are claimed manually on the promotions page before you go to the deposit page, while free spins with no deposit needed are used by going straight to the game. An offer's own terms can set a different spin value, availability period or claim route. If you have a pending bonus, cancel or fulfil it before claiming a new one.

Your account and verification

Registration and access

To deposit and play, register personally with us and open an account. You can hold only one account on each of our websites at any time, acting only for yourself and using your own details, and only one account is allowed per household, internet connection and device. If two or more users share a household, internet connection and device, the account holders must tell us straight away. If you open or try to open more than one account per site, we may block or close any or all of them, void their wagers, cancel bonuses and withdrawals and withhold winnings where our regulatory obligations require it. If we leave one account open, it is the first you opened or the most active one, and remaining deposits are moved to it. We deduct an administrative fee of 10%, with a minimum of £30, for every other account. Where multiple accounts were opened in genuine error, we may credit the remaining balance to your first or most active account. If you let a self-excluded person use your account to bypass player protection, the account is closed, winnings are confiscated and we may return only what remains of your deposit balance.

Only private individuals can hold an account, so company accounts and accounts for anyone else are not permitted. Choose a username and password when you register, keep them secure and never share them, because you are liable for losses caused by anyone else using your account. Enter all mandatory information truthfully and keep it up to date, as we may block or close an account where we have reasonable evidence of false or misleading details. Only adults over 18 can open an account, and registering confirms that you are one. We verify your age at registration, before you deposit or gamble, and until your age is confirmed you cannot deposit, play or use bonuses. If the checks show you are under 18, your deposits are returned and any offers are voided, and we may use third-party providers for age and identity checks.

Identity and payment verification

We may ask for documents to verify your identity and address, your right to use a payment method, your residence and location, and the source of funds or income behind your play, including where an account appears to be funded by someone else. These checks meet our anti-money laundering obligations and our safer gambling and customer protection policies, and we may suspend an account if requests are not met within a reasonable time. We can verify your identity before and after deposits and may ask for evidence of your affordability and expected level of spend.

For photo ID, upload a national ID, driving licence or passport that has not expired. For proof of address, upload a utility bill, phone bill or other official document showing your name, address and issue date, no older than 3 months. For payment method checks, a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot works, and on any card image cover the digits between the first 6 and last 4 and the CVC code. An e-wallet screenshot must show your name, email address, account ID and browser address. For source of funds, upload a document such as recent payslips, a tax declaration, a bank statement or proof of winnings. Our team verifies your details as quickly as possible and replies by email. Documents may go through manual review, which can take up to 24 hours, and we tell you if we need anything more.

Inactive accounts and remaining funds

An account with a real money balance becomes inactive after 12 consecutive months without being accessed and dormant after 30 consecutive months. We email you up to one month before your account becomes inactive, reminding you to log in or withdraw and of the charges that may follow, and logging in reactivates it. Once an account is inactive, we try to refund the remaining deposit balance to your deposit method, subject to any document requests. If that fails, we ask for details and proof of a bank account in your name. If we still cannot return your funds, we may charge an administration fee of £5 per month and close the account, and if you later prove that health-related impediments prevented access, we may consider refunding those fees. After five years or more without access, we make reasonable efforts to contact you, including a final notice. If you cannot be located or do not respond with payment instructions, the funds are no longer due to you and may be donated to charitable causes or responsible gambling programmes. To claim an inactive or dormant balance, log in and request a withdrawal or contact us by email or Live Chat.

We may refuse or close an account at our discretion, while honouring existing obligations once the account is verified and document requests are fulfilled before any withdrawal. When we close an account, we promptly pay out the deposit balance subject to document requests, but if you are excluded for misconduct we return only what remains of your deposits. To recover funds from a closed, blocked, terminated or excluded account, email our support team.

Our operator and licence

Our legal operator

Your account with us is held by SuprPlay Limited, a company registered in Malta under number C-74595 and part of the SuprNation Group. SuprPlay Limited is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain under licence number 000-048695-R-327029-011. SuprPlay Limited alone is responsible for deposits, withdrawals and player management, and the companies supplying games to our lobby are software providers only, with no responsibility for the funds in your account.

Customer funds

We hold player funds in separate designated client bank accounts, apart from company operating accounts and used only for customer funds, and our bank has acknowledged this arrangement. Under the Gambling Commission's classification, the way we hold customer funds is rated Not Protected. This means that although we segregate customer funds and keep them away from operational use, there is no absolute guarantee that all customer funds would be repaid if we became insolvent. If our terms on the protection of player funds change, we inform you and you acknowledge the change before you can deposit again.

Our responsible gambling tools

Set limits and their scope

You can set deposit, loss and stake limits at any time, either in your account or through our support team by email or Live Chat. The Responsible Gaming Tools section under My Account is also where you adjust reality checks, close your account, self-exclude or take a time-out, all within your account tools. A deposit limit caps how much you can deposit, a loss limit caps how much real money you can lose as stakes minus winnings, and a stake limit caps your total stakes whether you are winning or losing. Each can be daily, weekly or monthly on a fixed calendar basis, resetting at 00:00 UTC each day, every Monday and on the first day of each calendar month. When you reach a limit, our system blocks further play beyond it. We ask you to set a deposit limit when you finish registering and encourage you to set one before your first deposit, and you can always add one later in your account settings. Limits apply only to this brand, so to use them on other SuprPlay brands, log in to those accounts or ask our support team.

Deposit limits

You can lower a deposit limit at any time and the change applies immediately. Raising one triggers a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period, after which you take positive action to confirm the increase before it takes effect.

Loss and stake limits

Loss and stake limits follow the same pattern, with reductions applied at once and increases confirmed by you after the cooling-off period ends. Our general terms allow a financial or session limit to be revoked through support after a 24-hour cooling-off period and your reconfirmation, while our responsible gambling rules do not permit removal of loss, stake or session limits, so contact our support team with any removal request.

Slots stake limits

For online slots, a maximum stake per game cycle applies to every customer located in the United Kingdom, from the spin until all money staked in that game is lost or won and added to your balance. The limit is £2 per spin if you are 18 to 24 and £5 per spin if you are 25 or older. These limits are mandatory, are based on your age verification and apply automatically across all our slots. We may adjust your limit or suspend play if there are issues with your age verification, and attempts to get around these limits can lead to suspension or closure of your account.

Session limits and reality checks

A session limit controls how long you can stay logged in over a day, a week of 7 days or a month of 30 days. When you reach it, you are logged out and any game in progress stops. Lowering it applies at once, while an increase follows the same 24-hour cooling-off and confirmation. Our timer shows how long you have been logged in during a session. Reality checks show a pop-up at regular intervals with how long you have been playing and how much you have spent or won, with a link to your transaction history and the choice to continue or stop, and you can change their frequency in your account tools. Session limits and reality checks apply only to this brand.

Account closure

To take a break or stop playing, close your account in your account tools or ask our support team to do it. Closing applies only to this brand and does not affect other SuprPlay brands, and reopening a closed account is arranged through support. Your deposit balance is returned once any verification requests are complete and no breach of our terms is found, and existing obligations are still honoured. Tell us if you are closing because of concerns about problem gambling. A closure for that reason also excludes you from every other SuprPlay site, and you must not open or try to open a new account with us on any of them.

Self-exclusion

If gambling is becoming harmful or hard to control, you can self-exclude in your account tools or through support, choosing your period. Once processed, you cannot play or access your account on any website run by SuprPlay under its UK licence. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months, and during it your account is not reopened under any circumstances. When you confirm a self-exclusion, you confirm that it cannot be reversed. When the period ends, your account stays closed for seven years unless you clearly ask us to reopen it, and reopening follows a further 24-hour cooling-off period. We make our best efforts to stop marketing as soon as possible, and in any event no marketing is sent within 48 hours of closure. We may still contact you for verification required by our regulatory obligations. If you try to get around any limit or exclusion, including GamStop, for example by registering with false, misleading or different details or by using a third-party account, we are not responsible for your continued gambling on any SuprPlay site and no losses are refunded.

GamStop

As a resident of Great Britain you can also use GamStop, the free multi-operator self-exclusion scheme for gambling websites licensed by the Gambling Commission, including all our sites. It lets you exclude yourself for a period you choose, with a minimum of six months. A GamStop exclusion may take a number of days to become active with us, and the details you give GamStop must match your account details for it to take effect. Once active, you cannot access our sites until the period ends.

Time-outs

A time-out gives you a short break, during which you cannot access your account or play. Set one in your account tools or with our support team. Our responsible gambling time-outs run from 24 hours to 30 days, while our general terms allow a requested break of up to six weeks, with no reopening before your chosen period ends. Your account becomes accessible again automatically when the period ends.

Additional help

A self-assessment test, such as the one offered by GambleAware, gives you a clearer picture of your gambling habits and tips for keeping it under control. Independent blocking tools such as Gamban, Betblocker and GamBlock work outside your player account to block gambling websites and apps across your devices, and some blocking software cannot be removed from a device once installed. GambleAware, GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous offer independent help to anyone affected by problem gambling, and GamCare, a registered charity, provides confidential telephone support on its own freephone line 0808 802 0133. For questions about our safer gambling procedures, our support team is ready to help.

Gambling under 18 is a criminal offence, and so is helping someone under 18 open an account with us. If children live with you, log out after each session, avoid autofill and remembered passwords, keep your login and payment details private, avoid playing when children are present, and use parental control tools such as Net Nanny, SafeToNet or Cybersitter. BigDeal, a GamCare service, supports young people who may be gambling.

If we reasonably believe your gambling could cause you financial or personal difficulties, we may close your account or take other responsible gambling measures, request information or documents to confirm you can afford to gamble, and enforce limits or exclusions in line with our policies and licence obligations.

Contact our support team

Contact and account access

You can reach our support team at [email protected] or through Live Chat. You are responsible for your account details, so if you suspect your login has been compromised or someone has accessed your account, tell us straight away by email or through Live Chat, which is available 24/7 from our main page for this. You can also use Live Chat to report breaches of our terms or game rules and any cheating or suspected cheating.

Complaints and disputes

Our complaints procedure covers every customer who registered with a SuprPlay brand using a UK residential address. You can raise a complaint about any part of our service through Live Chat or email, and we may ask you to confirm a chat complaint by email so we can investigate fully. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you can escalate it to a dispute, which must be sent in writing by email with Dispute in the subject line, because disputes raised through Live Chat or other channels are not treated as disputes. Disputes are reviewed independently from frontline support. Include your full name, registered email address, which of our brands it concerns, a clear description of the issue, relevant dates and times, any supporting evidence and the outcome you want, plus identity documents if we ask for them. We acknowledge complaints and disputes as soon as reasonably practicable, keep you updated, may ask for more information, and aim to complete our internal review within eight weeks of first receiving your complaint. When our process ends, we send a final response confirming our decision.

Independent escalation

If your complaint or dispute is still unresolved after that eight-week period, or once we have issued our final response if that comes sooner, you can refer it to eCOGRA, our appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution provider for UK customers, free of charge. After referral, all communication about the dispute goes through eCOGRA. Its decision is enforceable between us and does not affect your right to bring legal proceedings. ADR covers disputes about the outcome or handling of gambling transactions, such as game results, applied bonus offers, misleading terms and account balances or access to funds. It generally does not cover commercial decisions made under our published terms, responsible gambling decisions, suspected crime, fraud or money laundering, data protection matters or anything that has been before a court, and eCOGRA decides whether a dispute is eligible.
